Products and pricing
All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT at 20%. We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions and images, but slight variations may occur. We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders already placed.
Orders and payment
By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase. We will confirm acceptance by sending an order confirmation email. Payment is taken at the point of order via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards.
Shipping and delivery
Delivery times vary by product and destination. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and in your confirmation email. While we aim to meet these estimates, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, postal services, or other third parties.
Returns and refunds
Please see our Refund and Returns Policy for full details. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date you receive your goods to request a return for any reason.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WardPress shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or purchase of products. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
